• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to the wking9 customer support team immediately.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

Wking9 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. All activity occurring within your account will be considered your own unless you have reported an account compromise to us.

All financial transactions on the wking9 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Available deposit and withdrawal methods are as follows:

• Instant Transfer: DuitNow

The minimum deposit amount at wking9 is RM 20 per transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set, though limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method. Successful deposits are typically credited to your wking9 account in under one (1) minute.

Wking9 will only process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account held in the same member's name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed and will be automatically rejected.

Wking9 offers members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) that must be met before any withdrawal can be made. The specific terms for each promotion are stated on their respective promotion pages.

• Welcome Bonus: Subject to rollover requirements as stated at the time of claim. Bonuses must be used within the stipulated period.
• Cashback & Rebate: Automatically credited to the member's account subject to the stipulated conditions. Cashback generally carries no rollover requirement.
• Free Spin: Winnings from free spins are subject to a minimum rollover requirement before withdrawal.

Wking9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud or bonus abuse. Each bonus may only be claimed once per member, household, or device, unless otherwise stated.

In the event of an account suspension, funds held in the account may be withheld while an investigation is conducted. If the investigation finds no breach, the unaffected account balance will be returned to the member. wking9's decision in such matters is final.

The wking9 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, wking9 disclaims all warranties and representations with respect to the platform and its content.

• Wking9 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from technical disruptions.
• Wking9 is not liable for any losses arising from internet outages, device failures, or technical issues beyond our control.
• Wking9 is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by members. All bets are placed entirely at the member's own risk.
• Wking9 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by members.

All content on the wking9 platform — including but not limited to the wking9 logo, website design, graphics, text, software, games, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of wking9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the wking9 platform without prior written authorisation.
• The name and logo "wking9" are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
